Graduating senior from Alexander, Pulaski, Massac, Union counties; Minimum high school or college GPA (if second year) of 3.00 GPA; Submit high school transcript (or college transcript, if second year); Submit a letter of recommendation from music instructor; Active in band and/or chorus; and must be enrolled in at least 1 music class each semester.
